Every website Honeycomb Creative creates is built to standards at the time of development. Overtime, standards changes, and websites need to be re-evaluated to ensure that it meets current standards.

Google is adding new criteria on how it evaluates websites on it’s search results pages. Known as Core Web Vitals the criteria will (likely) start affecting search results in mid June 2021. Google has hinted that they will start displaying badges next to the sites that meet their standards in search results. It stands to reason that your traffic will suffer if your website fails to meet Google’s requirements. 

We have been following the new standards for many months, but the multiple Google provided tools provide conflicting results depending upon network traffic. The tools only provide a guideline that the website may or may not meet the shifting results.
