We’re sorry that you forgot to use your Customer Loyalty discount, unfortunately it’s very complicated to apply the discount after payment has been made. But we will apply the ‘discount amount’ as a Website Support Credit that you can use for website updates.
Project invoices and manual invoices are available in the dashboard of our client area on the Hive.
We can invoice project or annual invoices. We cannot send invoices for monthly, quarterly or semi-annual invoices.
We do not see or store your credit card information. All credit card payments are handled through Stripe and they adhere to all security and regulations regarding credit card processing.
- Cancel prior to the end of any billing cycle to avoid future billing
